Terms of Service
Please carefully read this before contacting me, even during the commission.
Please note all of my prices are subject to change, even during commissions! Your price won't change, but in some cases I may allow for the price of the current commission to drop to the new one but it is not a guarantee, so do not expect such.
Please be patient while I am working on the commission. I take my time to ensure the utmost quality, as I despise rushing my art, so please do not rush me. I may do personal art in between as well to take breaks.
On the previous note, if you have a deadline for when you need the art, tell me! I won't know otherwise, and I am never sure how long my pieces will take if I just take my time, so you must let me know if you want it on a deadline.
Once the commission is completed, you are free to use it how you like as long as you have paid for the right to do such. This mainly applies to commercial use, which is an upcharge. Every commissionee has free right to post and share the art they purchased, but credit must always be given directly with the art. You can also edit the art, but still do not take credit.
Do not under any circumstances remove my watermarks.
I reserve all rights to the original piece as well as my artwork. It may be posted on my social media or otherwise, but I will try my best to credit the characters within it. If you specifically do not want it to be shared, just let me know!
Please make sure all parties within the piece are okay and in the case of harsher subjects (ie. gore, nsfw, etc.) directly agree to being in it. I may ask for proof of this, or cancel the artwork if I find parties don't wish to be involved.
If you violate my rules to the point of the cancelation of the artwork, I will not count it as a cancelation on my end, and it will follow standard refund procedure, rather than direct full refund.
I will not draw certain topics if I suspect that you are underage. Don't order such things from artists.
Payment
I will usually require 50% paid when the final sketch is approved, and when the final piece is done I will ask for the other 50% before sending it. I am okay with accepting 100% up front, but that is up to you. Please refer to the refund information before doing so, and notify me before hand.
Payment must be given when required. This is subject to change depending on the situation, and will be discussed before starting, (ie. flash sales require payment up front) but you must pay when asked.
Full refunds can be provided as long as I have not started the linework. If I have, then only partial refunds will be provided, as you will have already approved the sketch. Once color starts, I cannot refund. However, I will refund whenever I believe I cannot complete a commission, in which case I will provide a full refund.
As stated on the pricing page, prices are subject to change based upon complexity and upcharges for extra content. This will be discussed before starting or asking for payment
Custom Design
My designs are only for personal use unless commercial license has been discussed and paid for. This means my designs cannot be used for things such as: VTubing, Merchandise, 3D Model Selling, etc. until, as stated before, commercial license is paid for.
Please have some basis for what you would like before coming to me! I'd love to create something on my own but I need some baselines. Some that I prefer include: personality, designs you like already, (though will not be directly references) and General Vibes such as music, moodboards, etc.
Please properly credit me for the design, not just the art. Art credit is still needed, just be sure to include design credit as well.
You may sell the character once the design is done, but it must be for less than or equal to what you paid me to design them. This rule does not apply if they have extra art or otherwise to bump up their value, though.
I get very attached to characters I design and am happy to take them back if you are not happy with them, with pay even, of course.

Please note, even if I say I can draw it, my style may not fully support what you are looking for. For example, I can draw kemono furries very easily but western style furries are quite hard for me. Just keep this in mind.

My Digital Art Process
This is how my process goes for my artwork, so please don't expect others to follow it as well! This is so you can keep track of how long is left on your piece, and how extensive the process is for me. As stated on each process, some processes are skipped depending on how extensive the piece is. If you're worried about this, just let me know and I'll give you more frequent updates!
Concept Stage
This is strictly for general concept and planning. Some characters may even be missing their clothes entirely so I can pose things correctly. I may add smaller items but that's just to get a feel for things, nothing is certain in this stage, so feel free to suggest any changes!
Sketch Stage
This will be the full sketch. Details are important here, so if anything is missing, it must be stated here. Sometimes It's hard to notice smaller things in this stage, but larger changes after this stage will require more of a charge.
Planning Stage
This is for rendered pieces or pieces with larger dynamic lighting. It's a very very simple coloring under the sketch with lighting testing. The coloring is even usually on one layer, don't expect anything clean here but it's great for making sure the mood is right!
Lineart Stage
It's the lineart! This stage usually takes the longest, and after this is done, any large changes must be paid extra for. Lineart takes a long time, please understand.
Coloring Stage
Time for Color! This is usually the shortest stage in terms of time, as there isn't any specific lighting, and after this stage is done, unless you asked for a rendered piece, your commission should be done!
Rendering Stage
Makin' it Snazzy. This stage can take quite a long time depending on your piece. I don't use layer effects so a lot of it is hand painted. As such, changes made here are very detrimental. I may not even accept larger changes at all. But hopefully the effort makes the piece all the more worth it!
Pricing Guide
This guide assumes you know the different types of commissions. If you do not, my examples will have some listings, or you could approach me and ask for something similar to it and I can give you an estimate. Please do not be afraid to ask questions about any of these!My painted pieces are only available for very special occasions as they are extremely intensive. Feel free to ask, but it'll be heavily dependant on what you want for if I actually accept.
